Description

Ninja Creami Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Ice Cream is a rich, creamy high protein dessert made with chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa, and milk for an easy homemade Ninja Creami treat that tastes indulgent while staying satisfying.

Ingredients

2 cups Fairlife milk

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate, optional mix-in

Instructions

1. Add the Fairlife milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and do not fill past the max fill line.

3. Cover the pint with its lid and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours, or until fully solid.

4. Remove the lid, place the pint in the outer bowl, and lock it into the Ninja Creami machine.

5. Run the Lite Ice Cream setting or the Ice Cream setting, depending on your model and preferred texture.

6. Check the texture after the first spin. If it looks crumbly, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.

7. Run the Respin cycle until the ice cream is creamy and smooth.

8. If using chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate, make a small hole in the center, add the mix-in, and run the Mix-In cycle.

9. Serve immediately for the best creamy texture.

Notes

Use a protein powder you already enjoy because its flavor will strongly affect the final pint.

If the first spin looks dry or powdery, a small splash of milk and one respin usually fixes it.

For a stronger peanut butter flavor, drizzle a little extra peanut butter on top right before serving.
