Description

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

3. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

4. Add the flour, cornstarch, and salt, then mix just until a soft dough forms.

6. Scoop the dough into small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.

7. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheets and gently flatten them slightly if desired.
