Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract until smooth.

6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
7. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing the cookies a couple of inches apart.

Notes
