Ingredients
3 sleeves graham crackers
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup strawberry jam or preserves
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
4. Lay graham crackers in a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
5. Spread 1/3 of the cheesecake mixture over the crackers.
6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
7. Repeat the layers, ending with a creamy cheesecake layer on top.
8. Warm the strawberry jam slightly and drizzle it over the top layer. Spread gently.
9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
10. Before serving, top with reserved fresh strawberries.
