Ingredients

4 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch salt

3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon neutral oil

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chocolate chips


Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe mug, stir together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.

2. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract, then stir until the batter is smooth and no dry spots remain.

Notes
