1/2 cup eggnog
2 egg yolks

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
2 to 3 tablespoons eggnog (for glaze)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in egg yolks, eggnog, and vanilla extract until well combined.

6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
