Description
Crispy Parmesan Truffle Fries are the ultimate indulgent side dish, featuring golden russet potatoes, rich truffle oil, and nutty parmesan. This easy recipe is perfect for entertaining or treating yourself to a gourmet experience at home.
Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon truffle oil
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Peel (optional) and cut the potatoes into thin sticks. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
2. Drain and thoroughly dry the potatoes using a clean towel.
3. Toss the dry potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or place in air fryer basket.
5. Bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking occasionally.
6. Remove from heat once golden and crisp. Drizzle with truffle oil.
7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
Use russet potatoes for the best crispy texture.
Don’t skip the soaking step — it really helps crisp them up.
Add more or less truffle oil to taste depending on your preference.
