Description

This Creamy Chicken Tortellini with Spinach and Garlic Parmesan Cheese is the ultimate comfort food, blending juicy chicken, cheesy tortellini, fresh spinach, and a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce into a quick and satisfying one-pan dinner.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

2 chicken breasts, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

9 ounces cheese tortellini

3 cups fresh spinach


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.

6. Cook tortellini separately according to package directions, then drain.

7. Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked tortellini and fresh spinach.

8. Stir gently and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.

9. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan or cracked pepper if desired.

Notes

This dish is best served fresh for the creamiest texture.

You can substitute spinach tortellini for added green and flavor.
