Description

Creamiest Ninja Creami Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream Ever is a rich, smooth, high protein frozen dessert made with blueberries, cream cheese, and vanilla protein for an easy Ninja Creami treat that tastes like blueberry cheesecake in every creamy bite.

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries

2 ounces cream cheese softened

1 1/4 cups vanilla protein shake

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice

1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers optional mix-in

Instructions

1. Add the blueberries, softened cream cheese, vanilla protein shake, vanilla protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to go above the max fill line.

3. Tap the container gently on the counter to release air bubbles and smooth the top.

4. Freeze the pint on a flat surface for 24 hours until fully solid.

5. Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl.

6. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting or Ice Cream setting, depending on your preferred texture.

7. If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of extra protein shake or milk and run the Respin cycle.

8. For a cheesecake-style finish, add the crushed graham crackers to the center and run the Mix-In cycle.

9. Scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

Softened cream cheese blends much more smoothly and gives the finished ice cream a creamier texture.

If your blueberries are very tart, add a little extra sweetener before freezing.

A small splash of liquid during the respin is usually the key to getting that ultra creamy texture.
