Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
2. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 bite-sized pieces.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and vanilla extract.
5. Dip each biscuit piece into the butter mixture, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
6. Place the coated biscuit pieces in the prepared pan in an even layer.
7. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Let them cool for 5 minutes.
9. For the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the warm bites.
10. Serve warm.
Notes
These biscuit bites are best served warm for the softest texture and the richest buttery flavor.
If you want a stronger cinnamon flavor, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the sugar coating.
For an easier cleanup, line your pan with parchment paper before baking.
