This Cajun Garlic Butter Chicken Linguine in Creamy Parmesan Sauce is a comforting and flavorful pasta dish made with juicy chicken breasts, garlic butter, spicy Cajun seasoning, and a rich parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, this creamy Cajun linguine delivers bold flavor and easy prep. A must-try for pasta and spice lovers!

Ingredients

400g linguine

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth. Simmer gently to thicken.

6. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.

7. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce until evenly coated.

8. Slice the chicken and serve on top of the pasta.

9. Garnish with extra parmesan if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Use fresh parmesan for the smoothest melt.

Reserve pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.

Adjust Cajun spice to your preferred heat level.
