Description

Banana Cream Pie Protein Overnight Oats is a creamy, make-ahead breakfast packed with protein, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and ripe banana for an easy healthy breakfast that tastes like banana cream pie.

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 1/4 cups milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 ripe banana, mashed

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers

1/2 banana, sliced for topping

2 tablespoons whipped topping, optional

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl or jar, mash the ripe banana until mostly smooth.

2. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, then stir until creamy.

3. Mix in the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, and chia seeds until everything is fully combined.

4. Divide the mixture between 2 jars or containers and cover tightly.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight gives the best texture.

6. Stir before serving and add a splash of milk if you want a looser consistency.

7. Top with sliced banana, crushed graham crackers, and whipped topping if desired.

8. Serve cold.

Notes

Use a very ripe banana for the best natural sweetness and strongest banana flavor.

Add the graham cracker crumbs right before serving so they stay crisp.

If your protein powder is very sweet, you can reduce or skip the maple syrup.
