Ingredients

12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers

3 cups chow mein noodles

1 cup salted peanuts

1 cup mini marshmallows

Toppings of choice (sprinkles, crushed candy canes, etc.)

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the chow mein noodles, peanuts, and mini marshmallows.

3. Pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and gently fold until evenly coated.

4. Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping into small mounds.

5. Add sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate sets.
