Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/2 cup Valentine’s sprinkles or candies (optional)
Instructions
1. Add Rice Chex cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
3. Pour melted chocolate over cereal and stir gently until evenly coated.
4. Crush freeze-dried strawberries and sprinkle over the cereal mixture. Toss gently to combine.
5. In a large zip-top bag, combine powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix.
6. Add coated cereal mixture to the bag, seal, and shake vigorously until fully coated.
7. Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8. While still warm, top with sprinkles or candies. Let cool completely.
9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries only—fresh will make it soggy.
Cheesecake pudding mix gives the key flavor—don’t skip it.
Add festive candy for color and crunch, or leave it classic.
