Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons cream cheese powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup dried blueberries
Instructions
1. Measure out Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
3. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, cream cheese powder, and vanilla extract until the mixture is fully blended.
4. Pour the coating over the Rice Chex cereal and gently fold until all pieces are well-coated.
5. Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until every piece is coated with sugar.
