Description

These Ultimate Buffalo Garlic Chicken Bites are crispy, saucy, and packed with bold buffalo flavor. Perfect as a party appetizer or weeknight meal, this easy chicken bites recipe features juicy chicken pieces tossed in a garlicky buffalo sauce for an irresistible snack or dinner idea.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 eggs

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter

Oil for frying (canola or vegetable)


Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another, mix flour and cornstarch together.

3. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat in flour mixture until fully covered.

4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches for 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add buffalo sauce and stir well. Simmer for 1 minute.

6. Toss the fried chicken bites in the hot buffalo garlic sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness if preferred.

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.

To keep the bites crispy, reheat in an air fryer instead of the microwave.
