Ingredients
120g dark chocolate
120g milk chocolate
120g white chocolate
3 cups heavy cream, divided

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Chop all chocolates and place them into separate bowls.
2. For the dark chocolate layer, heat 1 cup of heavy cream until simmering, pour over the dark chocolate, stir until melted, then fold in whipped cream. Optional: dissolve gelatin in cold water and add once the chocolate cools.
3. Pour dark mousse into serving cups and chill.
4. For the milk chocolate layer, repeat the process: heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir, and add whipped cream. Add vanilla extract for flavor.
5. Gently spoon milk chocolate mousse over the set dark layer and chill again.
