These no-bake tiramisu truffles bring together mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa for a creamy dessert that’s perfect for holidays, parties, or sweet cravings. Easy to make, freezer-friendly, and packed with authentic tiramisu flavor.
Ingredients
12 ladyfingers
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp espresso or strong coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
4 oz dark chocolate (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
1. Pulse the ladyfingers in a food processor until finely crushed.
2. In a large bowl, beat together mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add crushed ladyfingers to the mascarpone mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to firm up.
5. Once chilled, scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
6. Roll each ball in cocoa powder or dip into melted dark chocolate.
7. Place truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
