Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Lower heat and add butter to the skillet. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
