Ingredients
1.5 pounds chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
3. Drizzle wings with olive oil and toss with seasoning mix until evenly coated.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes.
6. Flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
7. For extra crispiness, increase to 400°F for the last 3-4 minutes.
