Ingredients
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 cup fresh strawberries
8 oz mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp flaky salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and strawberries. Cut larger pieces into bite-sized chunks.
2. Combine the tomatoes, strawberries, and mozzarella pearls in a large mixing bowl.
3. Tear the basil leaves by hand and add them in.
4. Drizzle the mixture with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
5. Gently toss everything together to coat well.
6. Season with flaky salt and cracked black pepper.
7. Let the salad chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.
8. Serve cold or at room temperature.
