Description

These Sun-Dried Tomato and Feta Spinach Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce are a Mediterranean-inspired twist on classic burgers. Perfect for grilling or stovetop cooking, they’re packed with bold flavors from sun-dried tomatoes, creamy feta, and fresh spinach. Ideal for a healthy dinner, meal prep, or summer BBQs.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

4 burger buns or lettuce wraps

Instructions

1. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, spinach, and garlic.

2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken with feta, chopped veggies, salt, and pepper.

3. Form the mixture into 4 to 6 equal-sized patties and chill for 15 minutes.

4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook patties 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

5. Serve on buns or lettuce wraps with a generous spoon of tzatziki and your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use lean ground chicken or turkey for best results.

Refrigerating the patties before cooking helps them hold shape.

You can swap feta for goat cheese or use a plant-based patty for a vegetarian version.
