Ingredients
1 box Twinkies (about 10-12), sliced lengthwise
1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Extra whole strawberries for topping
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Line the bottom of a baking dish with sliced Twinkies, cream-side up.
- Spread half the cream mixture over the Twinkies evenly.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
