Ingredients
1 pound spicy breakfast sausage
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups baking mix
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, and baking mix. Mix thoroughly.
3. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
Use mild sausage and mild Rotel if you prefer less heat.
