Description

Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce is a bold and comforting noodle dish made with gochujang, grilled beef, and a rich creamy sauce. This quick and flavorful fusion recipe is perfect for cozy dinners and Korean food lovers.


Ingredients

2 packs ramen noodles

8 oz beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

1 tbsp gochujang

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

2 stalks green onions, chopped

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp sugar


Instructions

1. Slice beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar. Let sit 20 minutes.

2. Grill beef on high heat until nicely charred and cooked through. Set aside.

3. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain, reserving a little noodle water.

4. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and then the cream. Heat until smooth. Add a splash of noodle water if needed.

5. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat.

6. Serve in bowls, top with grilled beef, green onions, and a drizzle of sesame oil.

7. Optionally, add soft-boiled eggs, sesame seeds, or kimchi.

Notes

Use fresh or vacuum-sealed ramen for the best texture.

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing gochujang.

Cream can be swapped with half-and-half for a lighter version.
