4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
1. Combine buttermilk, hot sauce, half the garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. Mix flour, cornstarch, remaining spices, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in this mix and coat well.
