Description

This softest Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars recipe is a homemade take on the coffee shop favorite, featuring chewy blondies with white chocolate and dried cranberries, topped with cream cheese frosting. Perfect for holiday desserts, gift trays, and cozy coffee pairings.

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup chopped white chocolate

2/3 cup dried cranberries

8 ounces cream cheese

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries (for topping)

1/4 cup melted white chocolate (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, ground ginger, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

6. Fold in chopped white chocolate and dried cranberries.

7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

8. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

9. Let the bars cool completely before frosting.

10. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

11. Spread the frosting over the cooled bars.

12. Sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.

13. Chill before cutting into triangle-shaped bars.

Notes

These bars taste even better the next day after the flavors settle.

Use good-quality white chocolate bars for a creamier finish.

Chill the bars before slicing for cleaner, neater edges.
