Description

This Simple Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread Pizza is a quick and flavorful dinner option made with flatbread, grilled chicken, feta, tomatoes, and olives. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s healthy, easy to customize, and packed with Mediterranean flavor. Great for family meals or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

1 large flatbread

1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the flatbread on the baking sheet and brush it lightly with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbread.

4. Add cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
