Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
1 package Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
