Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
2. Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook while breaking it up, until fully browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
