Description

These Salted Caramel Pretzel Cheesecake Balls are a no-bake dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the salty crunch of pretzels, dipped in chocolate and topped with flaky sea salt. A perfect sweet-and-salty bite for any occasion, these cheesecake balls are great for parties, holidays, or easy make-ahead treats. No oven required!

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup crushed pretzels

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add the caramel sauce and mix until fully combined.

3. Fold in the crushed pretzels until the mixture thickens.

4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.

5. Scoop and roll into small balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.

6. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm.

7. Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

8. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back on the tray.

9. While chocolate is wet, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

10. Let the chocolate set before serving or storing.

Notes

Use a high-quality caramel sauce for best flavor.

Let the cream cheese fully soften before mixing for a smooth texture.

Make sure balls are well chilled before dipping to keep their shape.
