2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

3. Mash sweet potatoes in a bowl. Add brown sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour sweet potato mixture into prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
5. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, softened butter, and pecans to form a crumbly topping.
6. Sprinkle topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until topping is golden and casserole is heated through.
8. Serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh sweet potatoes for best flavor.
To save time, roast sweet potatoes instead of boiling for deeper flavor.
For a twist, swap pecans with walnuts or add a splash of bourbon to the mix.
