Description

These Quick No-Bake Pecan Dessert Balls are the perfect no-fuss treat. Made with oats, nut butter, and toasted pecans, they’re chewy, naturally sweetened, and ready in minutes. Perfect for snacking, parties, or a healthy dessert fix. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and no oven required.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup pecans, finely chopped

1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Toast the pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant, then chop finely.

2. In a large bowl, mix chopped pecans, oats, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.

3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until finished.

4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

5. Enjoy chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Toasting pecans enhances their flavor—highly recommended.

You can customize with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or dried fruit.
