Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
2 cups rotini pasta
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess grease. Transfer to the crockpot.
2. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
4. Stir in rotini pasta and cook on high for 15 to 25 minutes, until pasta is tender.
5. Add cream cheese, stir until melted and smooth.
6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and stir until melted. Serve hot.
Notes
Use short pasta like rotini or penne for best results.
