Ingredients
1 pre-made chocolate cookie pie crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
8 oz whipped topping, divided
2 candy canes, crushed
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until creamy.
3. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently until the mixture is fluffy.
4. Spoon the filling into the pie crust and smooth the top.
5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
6. Before serving, top with remaining whipped topping.
7. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for garnish.
