Ingredients
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 slices bread
2 lettuce leaves
Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
2. Add the chopped eggs to a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
4. Fold in the chopped celery and chives or green onions.
