Description

This homemade Pumpkin Cold Foam recipe is the perfect creamy, fall-inspired topping for your cold brew or iced coffee. Made with real pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice, it’s a cozy and easy seasonal treat you can whip up in minutes. Great for fall coffee recipes, pumpkin spice fans, and DIY Starbucks-style drinks at home.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons heavy cream

2 tablespoons 2% or whole milk

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar syrup

1 pinch pumpkin pie spice

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. In a small cup or measuring glass, combine 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or brown sugar syrup), a pinch of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

2. Using a handheld frother or small blender, whip the mixture until it becomes light, foamy, and thick enough to float on top of iced coffee. This usually takes about 20 to 30 seconds.

3. Pour the foam gently over your favorite cold brew or iced coffee.

4. Sprinkle with a little extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.

5. Enjoy immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Use barista-style oat milk or coconut cream for a dairy-free version.

You can mix the ingredients and store them (unfrothed) in the fridge up to 2 days.

Adjust sweetness with more or less syrup depending on your preference.
