Description

This pizza dip recipe is the ultimate cheesy appetizer made with cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and pepperoni, baked until bubbling. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking. Serve it warm with breadsticks or chips for a crowd-pleasing bite.


Ingredients

1 block cream cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup pizza sauce or marinara

½ cup mini pepperoni slices

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Optional: sliced olives, chopped green peppers, mushrooms, red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth.

3. Spread this cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of your dish.

4. Pour pizza sauce on top and spread gently.

5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

6. Add pepperoni and any optional toppings you prefer.

7. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on the edges.

8. Let it cool slightly before serving with toasted bread, crackers, or chips.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest result.
