Ingredients
400g penne pasta
250g Velveeta Four-Cheese blend
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
300g sirloin steak
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces. Toss with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
5. Gradually add Velveeta cheese in chunks, stirring until melted and smooth.
6. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
7. Return the cooked beef bites to the pan and mix gently into the pasta.
8. Serve hot with fresh parsley garnish if desired.
Notes
Use sirloin or ribeye for the best flavor and tenderness.
Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to revive the creamy texture.
Adjust Cajun spice to your heat preference for more or less kick.
