Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
0.5 cup chopped pecans
0.25 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
0.5 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
1 tablespoon milk (optional for glaze)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
3. In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
5. Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the filling inside.
6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
8. Optional: While baking, whisk powdered sugar with milk to make glaze.
9. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
