1 large egg

3 large eggs
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Place your pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and flute the edges. Pre-bake it at 350°F for 8 minutes. Let it cool.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add one egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and mix until creamy. Spread evenly in the crust.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in pecans.
