Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 medium yellow onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 prepared pizza crust or flatbread
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

2. In a separate skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
3. Preheat oven to 425°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while heating.
4. Lay pizza crust or flatbread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the base.
5. Evenly spread beef and caramelized onions on top. Add dill pickle slices.
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
7. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
Notes
