Description

These crispy Parmesan Garlic Potato Wedges are a flavorful side dish made with russet potatoes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Perfectly oven-baked until golden brown, this easy recipe is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for snacks, appetizers, or sides.


Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and scrub the potatoes clean, then cut each one into thick wedges, leaving the skins on.

2. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

3. Sprinkle in half of the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat.

4. Place the wedges skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out for even baking.

5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use russet potatoes for the crispiest edges and soft interior.

Bake wedges skin-side down for maximum crunch.

For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or chili flakes.
