Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C or 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and red food coloring.
4. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined.
6. Spread half the batter into the pan.
7. Layer Oreo cookies evenly on top.
8. Cover with remaining batter.
9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set.
10. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
