Ingredients
8 oz white chocolate
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp orange extract (optional)
sprinkles or sanding sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, and optional orange extract until smooth.
2. Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
3. Scoop and shape into small balls, then freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
5. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet.
6. Add sprinkles or zest on top before chocolate sets.
7. Chill truffles until the shell is firm. Serve chilled.
Notes
