Description

One Pot Pizza Pasta is a quick, cheesy, and flavorful weeknight dinner that combines all the delicious tastes of pizza with hearty pasta. Perfect for families, easy cleanup, and ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

1 cup pepperoni slices

3 cups marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cups water or broth

Optional: 1/2 cup sliced olives, 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, 1/2 cup mushrooms

Instructions

1. Heat a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

2. Pour in marinara sauce and water or broth, stir to combine, and bring to a simmer.

3. Stir in pasta, making sure it’s fully submerged. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

4. Cook uncovered, stirring every few minutes, until pasta is tender and sauce thickened.

5. Stir in most of the pepperoni and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover and let melt.

6. Garnish with extra pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and optional toppings. Serve warm.

Notes

Use short pasta like penne for best results.

Adjust liquid slightly if using a different pasta shape.

Add extra cheese for an even gooier dish.
