Description

Ingredients

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter, unsalted

1 tsp chili flakes

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cups beef broth

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pot, lower heat and melt butter. Add garlic and chili flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.

5. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

6. Return steak to the pot. Add parmesan cheese and stir until creamy and well combined.

7. Serve hot, garnished with extra chili flakes or parsley if desired.

Notes

Let the steak rest after cooking to retain juices.

Add a splash of cream or broth when reheating leftovers.

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
