Ingredients

1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

4 tablespoons butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

8 ounces pasta (egg noodles or fettuccine)

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and sear steak bites in batches until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

3. Add uncooked pasta and enough water to just cover. Bring to a boil and simmer until noodles are al dente and most water has absorbed.

4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until a creamy sauce forms.

5. Return steak bites to skillet and toss gently to combine.

6. Garnish with parsley if using. Serve hot.
