Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 large chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped


Instructions

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then set aside to rest.

3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine until tender, then drain and reserve a little pasta water.

4. In a large pan, melt butter over medium low heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

5. Add heavy cream and milk, stirring gently until combined and warm.

6. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

7. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened.

8. Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.

9. Slice the chicken and place it over the pasta or mix it in.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the smoothest sauce and best flavor.

Do not overheat the sauce or it may separate, keep it on low to medium heat.

Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
