Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 graham cracker crust (9-inch)
1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), plus extra for topping
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar together until it forms a crumbly texture. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add the pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until thick.
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
5. Sprinkle a layer of peanut butter crumbles on the bottom of the crust.
6. Add half the filling, then more crumbles, then the rest of the filling.
7. Top with remaining whipped topping and the last of the crumbles.
8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
This pie is best served cold.
You can swap the graham crust for chocolate or pastry crust.
